Experienced Mentoring

Whether you are an apprentice or trainee investing in a job or an employer taking on a new employee, it is important to know you are supported. ATEL has developed a dedicated mentoring program to assist new employees with any potential hurdles. Our mentors know that sometimes people just need that extra bit of support to adjust to new situations. Through the course of the contract, the apprentice or trainee will have a champion to speak to about any issue, concern or problem. Employers also reap the benefits because a happy, well-adjusted employee is better employee. We don’t just offer this support to new employees. Companies of all sizes benefit from our experienced career coaches, who can assist and provide guidance to all employees.
