ATEL has developed a dedicated mentoring program to assist new employees with any potential hurdles. Our mentors know that sometimes people just need that extra bit of support to adjust to new situations. Through the course of the contract, the apprentice or trainee will have a champion to speak to about any issue, concern or problem. Employers also reap the benefits because a happy, well-adjusted employee is better employee. We don’t just offer this support to new employees.
