Available qualifications span the entire Australian Qualifications Framework spectrum, from certificates to advanced diplomas. Such qualifications and competencies can be accessed through:

  • Apprenticeships (traditional trade vocations): generally of a three to four year duration depending on the qualification being undertaken. Available to all employees working in appropriate industries. Employee age and length of service is not a factor.

  • Traineeships (non-trade vocations): available to both new and existing employees. Traineeships take between one to three years to complete. Duration depends on the AQF level and industry requirements of the qualification being undertaken. Again, employee age or length of service is not a factor.

  • School-based programs: these nifty options let high school students earn while they learn. Meanwhile businesses get a fresh-faced worker trained according to their unique requirements. School-based traineeship and apprenticeships are part-time opportunities for Year 10, 11 and 12 students to get a taste of real world working conditions whilst attending school.

  • Gap Year programs: get a no-risk, motivated temporary employee for your entry level positions.
