Training

You may choose ATEL's registered training division or another training provider. The choice is yours.

Flexibility of leasing period

You may lease the apprentice/trainee for the time you need them - from six months to four years. You may terminate the lease at any time without obligation or penalty. You can also Job Share an apprentice - this is where an apprentice works at 2 or more host employers. Can be a cost effective option during slow or uncertain economic periods, and allows the apprentice to continue his or her apprenticeship whilst gaining experience with different host employers. Ask us how Job Sharing an apprentice can work for you.
