How does it work?
ATEL employs apprentices or trainees and places them with host employers for varying periods until the apprenticeship or traineeship has been completed.
Your apprentice or trainee will be carefully selected by ATEL and you lease or hire them for a flexible placement term without the hassle of recruitment, paperwork and payroll. ATEL does it all for you.
Your business has the flexibility to change the length of the placement at any stage, allowing you to grow your business with confidence, knowing that if conditions change you can return your apprentice or trainee to ATEL. Through our employment safety net ATEL will find the apprentice or trainee another host employer allowing them to complete their training.
