I have been in the hospitality business for 26 years and have employed apprentices and trainees directly and more recently employed apprentices through ATEL.

By far this has been the best decision because it frees up so much of my time. I make one call to my Field Officer, Glen Munro, and he is there in an instant. He ascertains my needs, interviews and culls candidates for myself to interview. At all times I have had successful outcomes of quality staff who are part of a team.
