Agriculture Traineeships

Take advantage of the traineeship system and gain a nationally recognised qualification as well as the subsidies laid out below.
Employers receive up to $4,000 per participant.
Trainees receive up to $5,500 in tools for the trade payments.
Gain a Cert III in Agriculture including:
- First Aid Certificate *
- Chemical Users Course *
- Frontend loader competency
- Plus units from Business or Transport package if desired
No Need to Travel - All training assessment takes place on your farm.
Our friendly workplace assessors will meet with you on the farm to work out an appropriate training plan which meets the needs of you and your property.
The assessor then comes back out every six to eight weeks to watch the trainee work, ask them and their supervisor questions and gain written evidence for each unit.
The trainer is then always available via phone or email and will make contact monthly to check on progress.
